Thomas is enthousiast. Komt hoogwaardig over en ergonomie is erg goed. Het scherm niet super maar prima. Ruimte gewoon ok, net aan voor 4 volwassenen. Vind 'm zeker in dat Bronze Silver echt prachtig. Zou deze verkiezen boven een 3-serie of A4.

Genesis confirmed that the U.S.-spec 2024 G70 will get the turbo 2.5-liter inline-four as its new base engine. It produces 300 hp and 311 pound-feet of torque, and Brembo brakes are newly standard equipment. There are also new exterior colors—Vatna Gray and Kawah Blue—and new interior upholstery options—two-tone Obsidian Black and Fog Gray and Obsidian Black and Vanilla Beige—along with the interior updates detailed below. A USB-C port is added and rear side airbags are now included.
Based on what we can see of the Korean car's interior, we expect to see some changes to the dashboard as well. The climate controls appear to switch to a touch-sensitive arrangement, and there's a redesigned row of buttons just under the air vents. The G70 was last updated for 2022 with a larger touchscreen and a new front-end design.

Genesis G70 Gains a Much More Powerful Base Engine for 2024
The 300-horsepower turbo 2.5-liter inline-four replaces the 252-hp turbo 2.0-liter, and the sports sedan gets some interior changes as well.

Ondertussen is er wel al gemeld dat er geen opvolger komt van de G70, wegens gebrek aan succes.
Geen wonder, in Europa is Genesis nog totaal onzichtbaar en in Amerika zijn sedans (en station wagons helemaal) uit de gratie geraakt en koopt men bijna alleen nog maar SUV's, met name in het luxe segment.
